Be ready to breathe deeply, stretch, sweat, test your endurance, and feel amazing afterwards. Classes are 90 minutes. The recommended temperature is 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity (See why). Make sure to get to class 20-30 minutes early to register. Doors close once class has begun.

What to Bring

You should bring plenty of bottled water. For your convenience we sell SmartWater, Vita Coco coconut water and Fiji Water.
 Bring a yoga mat, bath towel and hand towel (available for rent or purchase in our boutique). It is recommended to bring dry clothes to change into after class. Newly installed showers and changing areas are located in the studio for your use. See our full FAQ for more details.

What to Wear

You will be sweating! Clothing that is close fitting, breathable and lightweight is more comfortable. Men: bathing suits or shorts.  Women: shorts with tank tops or sports bras, leotards or bathing suits.

What to Do Before

Drink plenty of water and try to come on an empty stomach ( food has digested for 2 hours)
